Last month, VU Polytechnic’s Community Services department celebrated graduates of the Wyndham Building Blocks Leadership Programs in partnership with the Wyndham City Council.
Wyndham's Building Blocks program is a free fully subsidised program facilitated by VU Polytechnic for people who live, work, study, volunteer or play in Wyndham and who are interested in working collaboratively with others to develop and strengthen their community leadership and participation skills. The graduation was a culmination of all the hard work and achievements of the participants who completed the Wyndham Building Blocks Leadership Programs.
The Building Blocks Community Leadership Program is the council’s commitment to work in partnership with VU Polytechnic and continue to develop the community. This program aims to identify and develop the leadership skills of Wyndham’s existing and emerging community leaders. It provides Wyndham residents the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge and and get involved with community groups, leading and helping shape the future of Wyndham. Congratulations to all the graduates of the successful Wyndham Building Blocks Leadership Program.
