“I am completing the Diploma of Early Childhood Education Polytechnic. I chose VU for the hands-on training – VU offers more practical experience than any of the other universities.
I am completing my training to become a kindergarten teacher. I have always enjoyed being around children. I love of hearing the voices of children and seeing their faces lighting up each time they learn something new.
What I have enjoyed the most of about my experience at VU Polytechnic are the opportunities such as the chance to become a student ambassador, working with students from various backgrounds and going on a study tour to China last year.
The industry and personal connections I have made have been valuable. Special thanks to my wonderful team of early childhood teachers that I will greatly miss when I leave.
I look forward to continuing my education at VU with the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.”
Free TAFE 2020
The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (CHC30113) and Diploma of Early Childhood Education (CHC50113) will be offered as Free TAFE courses from 2020.
